My Two Cents: Git 'er Done!

Auguste Roc

The main difference between managing something sufficiently and ultimately producing a result is -

execution.

Managing and executing are two entirely different disciplines. One requires paying attention to detail and the ability to communicate with some degree of clarity, while the other requires an unapologetic willingness to pull the trigger.

Effectively executing a brilliant plan is often the difference between winning and losing, between sinking or swimming.

So -

In a world crowded full of people producing mediocre results, in a world where there has never been a shortage of managers who can manage, if what you want is to produce an extraordinary result, you better get yourself --

An EXECUTIONER.

That's my two cents (for whatever it's worth).
